Shawn Ralston
Shawn Ralston is a Curriculum Design Manager with the Close Up Foundation. He started with the Foundation in 2017 in an instructional capacity before moving into training and curriculum development roles. Shawn is interested in the inclusion of tribal sovereignty in civic education and the intersection of popular culture, media and political polarization. He was born and raised on the Cattaraugus Indian Reservation in Western New York and now resides in Brooklyn, NY. Shawn received a B.A. in English, Literature and Rhetoric from Binghamton University.
